Throughout the winter of 2010-2011 an effort was made to organize the support of activities in the campground. By invitation, several campers self selected to form a committee whose task is to document procedures and provide resources that are intended to make it easy for people to share their talents, their play and their ideas with others in the campground. One of the most important resources is ongoing communication, which has been implemented through monthly paper calendars, a central calendar which anyone can post on, a whiteboard with daily updates, and this blog and online calendar, and a bulletin board for posting sign-up sheets.
The Activity Team is now in place and working, and we welcome others to self select if they wish to participate. They current team is:
